Melt butter in medium size bowl. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate medium size bowl. Lightly spray large jellyroll pan with cooking spray. Core apples and slice each into 8 slices. Unroll crescent dough and cut each crescent in half from apex to base. Roll up each apple slice in a crescent half. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll each apple crescent in melted butter, and then in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Put each apple crescent onto pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup water over apple crescents, and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
