Apple Crisp

Enough peeled and sliced apples to fill a 9X9 pan.

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup sugar

1 Tbsp flour

Dump apples into a bowl and mix them with flour, salt, and sugar. Then pour the apples back into the 9X9 pan.

For the topping mix up

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp soda

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Mix all the topping ingredients in a bowl then pack the topping mixture on tpo of the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and serve with cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
