Creamy Turkey Corn Chowder

½ tsp olive oil

1 c chopped onion

1 (14 1/2 oz) can fat-free chicken broth

1 (10 ¾ oz) cream-of-chicken soup

1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies

2 c diced cooked turkey

1 (14 ½ oz) can cream-style corn

1 (14 ½ oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

½ tsp chili powder or more to taste

½ tsp ground cumin

salt and pepper to taste

1 (5oz) can fat-free evaporated milk

1 c grated cheddar cheese
