Fresh Blueberry Pie

1 unbaked pie crust

5 cups of fresh blueberries

1/3 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp shredded lemon peel

2 tsp lemon juice

Mix blueberries, flour, sugar, lemon juice and peel in a bowl. (be careful not to crush the berries when mixing) Pour into pie crust and brush the top of the crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
