Fresh Salsa

5 large tomatoes

1 medium onion

1/2 green pepper, diced

1/2 to 1 jalapeno pepper

1/2 tsp dried cilantro

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp vinegar

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Lime juice

1 1/2 - 2 1/2 tsp salt

Chopped everything very small and mix together. It is best if you let it set over night so the flavors can blend together. Scrape the seeds out of the jalapeno before chopping it so it isn't as hot. These are just estimates on the ingredients so just experiment with it and season to taste. Also if you use fresh cilantro you would increase the amount to about 3-4 Tbsp.
