2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T. butter softened
3 eggs whites
1 cup smashed ripe bananas (about 3)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9X9 pan. Beat sugar, sour cream, butter, and egg whites until mixed. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for about 1 minute. Pour into the pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Cool and then frost them. You can either use a vanilla frosting or I love these with a cream cheese frosting. To make it really easy just use a container of the premade frosting from the store. Yummy!!
