Wingers Chicken Sticky Fingers

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce

¼ cup Ketchup

1 T. Honey

2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 12-14 oz pkg of frozen Tyson breaded chicken tenders

Directions

Sauce: In a sauce pan over low heat combine all sauce ingredients. Warm sauce, stirring occasionally.

Prepare chicken tenders in the oven as directed on the package.

When done, toss chicken in sauce and remove with a slotted spoon onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens and becomes sticky. Save the remaining sauce for dipping.

For a twist try building a quesadilla with the chicken fingers using a flour tortilla, lettuce, cheese, tomato or whatever.
