Apple Pie Freeze

¾ cup sugar

¼ cup flour

½ tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg

Mix dry ingredients with 6 cups of cored, peeled and sliced apples

Place in freezer bags and shake to mix completely. Freeze.

Place in unbaked pie crust and bake-makes enough filling for one pie. May heat and serve as topping for ice cream.
