Blueberry Muffins

Sift together: 1 ¾ cup flour

¾ tsp. salt

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

Beat in a separate bowl: 2 eggs

Add to the eggs: ¼ cup melted butter

¾ cup milk

Combine the liquid and the dry ingredients with a few swift strokes. Fold into the batter, before the dry ingredients are completely mixed.

Add: 1 cup fresh blueberries (or more)

Fill well-greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
