Pretty Darn Healthy Pasta Salad

1 large can albacore tuna

baby carrots –diced

English cucumber sliced and quartered

Green onion-chopped

Green pepper-diced

Parsley-chopped

Diced tomatoes (fresh-seeded 2-3, or 1 can drained)

Celery

Pepper, garlic powder (California style)

Salt

Italian spices, Herbes de Provence

Prepare: 1 lb shell pasta cooked, cooled with cold water and drained

Dressing: 1 cup Olive oil, 3 lemons juiced, ½-1 cup rice vinegar,

½ TB sugar

Combine all ingredients. Chill.
