Spicy Corn and Bean Soup

Bouillon Soup and Catering

3, 14oz cans of assorted beans (kidney, black, northern, black eye

pea, pinto, etc)

1, 14 oz can hominy drained

1,16 oz jar salsa

1 qt. stock (vegetable, chicken, or beef)

½ oz semi sweet chocolate

1 TB corn meal

1 TB chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp oregano

1 TB fresh garlic

1 tsp sage

In stock pot add beans, hominy, salsa, and stock. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer at least one hour.
