Tortilla Soup

Jennie Campbell (Jen Keller)

1 ½ cup water

1 can chicken broth

1 can beef broth

whole green pepper chopped

½ onion chopped

1 can tomatoes

Heat on high to boiling then turn down heat to simmer

Add: 2 cooked chicken breasts shredded

Let simmer 10 minutes

Add: Yellow squash chopped

Zucchini chopped

Frozen corn

Let simmer 10 minutes

Add: 1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

1/8 tsp pepper

On the side or in the bowl: tortilla chips, shredded cheese, oregano, avocado
