Cafe Rio Pork

3-4 pounds pork roast (butt or shoulder)
cook in crock pot add:
1 can Dr. pepper
1T. minced garlic

4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low
shred and return to crock pot

mix and pour over pork and cook for 1 additional hour:
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 t. time juice
2 t. minced garlic
1/2 t salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. cumin
