1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
small container of sour cream
1 can of diced green chilies
pepper/salt
2 cups grated cheese, or however much you like (Save a little extra for top)
Flour tortillas
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (excluding the tortillas). Roll up most of the mixture into tortilla shells and place in glass 9x13 baking dish. Pour extra mixture on top of tortilla shells to keep them moist, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
