2 green onions finely chopped
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger root
1 egg
2 tsp soy sauce
Mix ingredients together, cut corners of won ton wrappers. Wet rim of wraps and pinch together into half circle shape with meat inside, make pleats. Put oil in frying pan and sizzle for a few minutes until brown.
Dipping Sauce:
2 TB soy sauce
2-3 TB rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Dash of tabasco sauce
