Yogurt Parmesan Baked Chicken


Given to me by Grandma Carolyn Welling

Delicious and classic.  Served in Relief Society Building

1. Combine and set aside:
2 cups crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
3 TB parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp seasoned salt
2. Skin and pat dry with paper towels:
8 boned chicken breasts
3. Coat each piece with:
Plain yogurt (approx. 1 cup)
4. Coat each piece of chicken in crumb mixture and arrange in a
buttered 9x13 baking dish.
5. Drizzle with:
¼ cup melted butter/margarine
6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
7. May be served with a sauce if desired
