Honey Pepper Salmon

Sauce:

3/4 cup Honey

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup pineapple juice

1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp vinegar

1 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder


4 8oz salmon fillets without the skin

Mix all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until heated, stirring occasionally. (about 4-5 minutes) Then place salmon fillets in a 9X13 pan. Pour about 1/3 of the sauce over the salmon fillets. Broil salmon in the broiler about 4-8 minutes per side or until done. Pour the rest of the sauce into small bowls for dipping and serve with the salmon.
