Chili Casserole

Grated cheese

Large can of chili

1 cup cooked rice

½ cup water

fritos

chili powder

Cook rice. Put rice and water with chili in pyrex dish. Add extra chili powder. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish with crumbled corn chips and cheese. Bake for another 10-15 minutes uncovered.
