Chili’s Fajita Marinade

¼ cup lime Juice

1/3 cup water

2 T. vegetable Oil

2 lg. Garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp salt

3 tsp vinegar

2 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp liquid smoke

¼ tsp. Black pepper

1 ½ pound of either steak of chicken

Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate about 4 hours in the fridge.

Remove meat from fridge and place in a large skillet and cook. ( or you can grill the meat on your grill) slice 1 onion 1 pepper and pan fry in a little oil until softened. Add 1 tsp. Soy sauce 2 T. water and ½ tsp lime juice to the veggies and cook another 3-4 minutes. Serve with tortillas and cheese, tomatoes or whatever you like.
