Crazy Corn Nachos

1 T olive oil

½ cup finely diced onion

¾ cup whole kernel corn

4 oz can diced green chilies

1 cup sour cream

8 oz softened cream cheese

1-2 tsp chili powder

1-2 tsp cumin

salt and pepper to taste

tortilla chips

2 cups shredded Monterey-jack cheese(or one cup cheddar on cup jack)

4 sliced cooked crumbled bacon

In a skillet sauté onion, corn and chilies until soft. In a medium bowl blend together sour cream, cream cheese, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Fold into sautéd veggie mixture. Place chips on 2 10 inch oven proof platters. Cover chips with veggie cream mixture, and then sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes. This serves about 12 so I usually half the recipe.
