Marinated Flank Steak

1 ½ lbs. flank steak (water to moisten tenderizer, use according to label direc)

¾ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup soy sauce

3 TB honey

2 TB vinegar

1 tsp powdered garlic

½ tsp ginger

6 green onions, finely chopped

Sprinkle water and tenderizer on both sides of the steak. Combine remaining ingredients. Add steak. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Remove from marinade. Broil. (4 servings)

Hint:

Grill 1 ½ to 2 lbs for 17-21 minutes

Broil for 13-18 minutes.
