Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

4 eggs
2 c sugar (I usually decrease)
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c vegetable oil (I always use applesauce...sometimes 1/2 c oil and 1cup applesauce)
3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 pkg semi sweet choc chips


Directions:
(1) Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin tins. (I always use mini ones).

(2) Beat the eggs in a large bowl and mix in the sugar, pumpkin and oil.

(3) In med. bowl, mix flour, baking soda, powder, cinnamon and salt. Blend into pumpkin mixture. Fold in choc. chips. Transfer to tins. (3/4 full)

(4) Bake 15-20 min (10-14 for mini). Remove and cool.
