Colleen’s Bread Sticks

1 ½ cup warm water

I TB dry yeast

1 TB malt

1TB honey

1 tsp salt

4 cups flour

Preheat oven to 400. Cut into 24 pieces. Form to sticks the length of ½ cookie sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salad seasoning, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, parmesan cheese at your choosing. Let raise for ½ hour and bake for 15 minutes.
