Fish Filets in Sour Cream

Arrange fish in well buttered baking dish

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

1 pound fish

1 cup sour cream

2 TBS finely chopped dill pickle

2 TBS minced onion

2 TBS chopped green pepper

1 TB chopped parsley

1 TB lemon juice

¼ tsp dry mustard

¼ tsp sweet basil

paprika

Mix ingredients: sour cream through basil and pour over fish.

Sprinkle with paprika

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
