Granola

13 cups oats

4 cups wheat flakes (may add triticale or other rolled grains)

¼ to ½ cup soy protein powder

3 TB cinnamon

2 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp allspice

Combine thoroughly in large mixing bowl.

2 cups oil

½ cup molasses

1 ½ cup honey

2 TB vanilla

Combine the above 4 ingredients in large glass measuring cup and heat in microwave about 2 minutes.

Stir liquid ingredients into grains coating thoroughly.

Heat in 400 degree oven in lightly oiled, shallow baking pan, stirring and turning granola every few minutes to evenly toast.
