Heavenly Halibut

2 lbs. Halibut steaks

2 TBS lemon juice

½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup low fat sour cream

½ cup sliced green onion

Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange steaks in single layer in 9X13 inch baking dish. In a bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice and onion. Spread mixture evenly over fish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25- minutes (fish will be opaque in the thickest part). Sprinkle cheese over fish and continue to bake for about two minutes, until cheese melts.
