Mrs. Ludwig’s Salad Dressing

1 cup cider vinegar

1 cup sugar

1 ½ TB onion salt

1 TB garlic salt

½ TB whole thyme

¼ TB rosemary

¼ TB sweet basil

¼ TB capers (optional)

¼ tsp dill

¼ cup lemon juice

½ cup orange juice

Put all ingredients in a quart jar or blender jar and shake or blend well until salt and sugar are dissolved. Fill to quart mark with canola oil.
