Spaghetti Sauce

Saute together : ½ lb mushrooms,

one medium sliced onion and

1/2 TB minced garlic

Add: 1 6oz. can tomato paste

1 large can Italian diced tomatoes

1 TB sugar

3 TB grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp oregano or Italian spices

¼ tsp pepper to taste

**If meat sauce is desired, add browned ground beef or diced cooked chicken breast.

**For pizza sauce, omit sautéed mushrooms and onions and use small instead of large can of diced tomatoes.
