Zucchini Bake

1½ lbs. Zucchini

1 TB butter

¼ tsp garlic

2/3 cup minced onion

½ cup chopped green pepper

1 tsp salt

Dash pepper

Dash chili pepper

1cup whole tomatoes

Steam zucchini. Saute butter, garlic, onion, pepper, seasoning. Add tomatoes and cheese. Alternate layers of zucchini and sauce in casserole. Top with 2 TB bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
