Almond Poppy Seed Cake

1 small vanilla instant pudding

1 yellow cake mix

4 eggs

½ cup oil

1½ cup hot tap water

2 tsp almond extract

Beat for 4 minutes

2 TB poppy seeds

Beat for 1 minute

Grease bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes on lowest rack. Cool for 45 minutes.
