Buttermilk Chocolate Sheet Cake

My favorite chocolate cake because it so moist and yummy!!! 
I suppose its our version of a Texas sheet cake.

Sift in a bowl: 2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
Melt in a pan: 1 stick margarine
½ cup oil
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup water
Bring to a rapid boil and pour over dry ingredients.
Add: ½ cup buttermilk (about 2 tsp vinegar and milk)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Nuts (optional)
Mix for about 3 minutes with beater until batter is thin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet pan that has been greased and floured.
Chocolate Icing: 1 stick margarine
6 TB canned milk
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
Bring to a boil. Pour over 1 lb package of powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Frost while cake is still warm.
