Crepes

4 eggs

1 cup flour

½ cup milk

½ cup water

½ tsp salt

2 TBS melted butter

Measure all ingredients in blender jar and blend 30 seconds. Cover and let sit for one hour-helps liquids to absorb.

For a sweeter crepe:

add 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla

For a chocolate crepe:

add 2 TBS chocolate sauce to sweet crepe recipe
