Quick (No Bake) Peanut Butter Fudge

1/3 cup margarine or butter

3/4 cup peanut butter

½ tsp salt

½ cup light karo syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 lb powdered sugar

Mix everything (except powdered sugar) in a bowl. After it is well blended, add powdered sugar; stirring with a fork until too thick to stir, then knead until completely mixed. Press into a 9 inch square pan and chill at least one hour. Store in fridge .
