Swiss Cheese Broccoli

Oh!!  This is SO good.


2½ lbs Broccoli (Steamed until tender and crisp)
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (about ½ lb)
2/3cup mayonnaise
½-1 TB minced onion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard
Mix ingredients, except broccoli, and spread over broccoli. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
