Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole

I think this came from Kathy Sumko, but Im not sure?  But its so easy and good.

2 cups cooked/cubed chicken
2 cups diced ham
2 cups uncooked minute rice
2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
italian bread crumbs or crushed garlic croutons

mix all together (except crumbs or croutons) and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle croutons/crumbs on top.  Cook at 350 * for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
