4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
¾ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs coating well. Arrange chicken in 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 375 degrees
Alfredo Sauce
1 pt heavy cream or half & half
1 stick of butter
2 T. cream cheese
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 medium tomato chopped
Combine cream, butter and cream cheese. Simmer on medium heat until melted. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 1 cup Alfredo sauce over chicken. Top with cheese, them tomato. Bake 10 minutes then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with cooked Fettuccine noodles
