Pancake/Waffle Mix

10 c flour
8 c wheat flour
2 c corn meal
enough powdered milk for 1 gallon
3 Tbsp salt
1 c baking powder
1 c sugar

Pancakes:
1 ½ c mix
2 Tbsp oil
1 egg *
1 ¼ c water

Waffles: 2 ½ c mix
½ c oil
2 eggs*
2 c water

*Separate eggs- put in yolks, but whip whites (works best after they have reached room temperature) until stiff peaks form. Fold into mixture.
