Florentine Artichoke Dip (served hot)

1 pkg frozen spinach thawed-(drain & squeeze dry)

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, (drain & chop)

3-5 tsp minced garlic

½ cup mayonnaise

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)

2 TBS lemon juice

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 8X11 baking dish

Mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in the artichoke hearts, spinach and parmesan cheese. Season with garlic, and lemon juice. Spread evenly in prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with vegetables, chips, crackers or breads.
