Herb Topped Fish

Cindy Marshall

8 pieces fish deboned (salmon, haddock, halibut)

Topping: ¾ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

½ cup grated parmesan cheese’

4 TBS green onion, chopped

2 TBS parsley, chopped

½ tsp onion salt

½ tsp, dried dill weed

½ tsp dry mustard

pepper to taste
